Maybe A Condo Is A Good Thing For You in Florida

After all this house searching for months maybe a condo is more up your alley? I have been looking at a place to get of my own and I went to look at 4 condos yesterday and I am still torn on what to do?


Condos seem nice and so does a house. I think I just want a place to call my own if that makes sense? So if you are like me and only want to look at 10 places maybe 12 and get pre approved do it now. Because playing the I want this I want that game in a house you'll want to pull your hair out first and you might be 40 years old by that time.

I do want to look at houses but none of the homes I am getting in my listings are the "one" I feel. More of a fixer upper and I want a move in ready place maybe buy appliances and new carpet but for me I want it to be a done deal.

So from my experience and its short. Get your real estate listing now for a condo or a house.
